Announcement: Industry Speaker Program

The Contact Center AI Association is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Industry Speaker Program.

The Association brings together business leaders who are actively deploying AI to improve customer and agent experience. Many of these leaders are eager to share their insights with industry peers.

Through this new initiative, we're connecting these knowledgeable individuals with industry organizations seeking expert speakers for their events, creating a bridge between event organizers and industry leaders.

This service is offered free of charge, aligning with our mission to advance education and innovation in our industry. Event hosts are simply asked to cover travel and lodging expenses for speakers.

When an event organizer requests an event, it will be uploaded onto our Industry Event Calendar.
