As many of you know, we’ve officially launched our 2026 expansion plan, extending CCAIA’s presence nationwide. With eight new cities added across the United States, this marks a defining moment for our organization—and an opportunity for leaders within our community to step forward.

We’ve already established strong chapter leadership in New York City, Atlanta, Phoenix, Austin, and San Francisco. Now, we’re focused on building leadership for the remaining seven cities:

Tampa • Nashville • Denver • Chicago • Salt Lake City • Seattle • Boston

Immediate Leadership Needs

In the coming weeks, our priority is to solidify leadership in Tampa, Denver, and Chicago. We are actively seeking candidates for the following roles:

Chapter President

The Chapter President serves as the primary leader of the local chapter. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading one in-person chapter meeting per year

  • Running the meeting agenda, introducing speakers and topics, and ensuring events run smoothly

  • Leveraging local connections to personally invite and engage community members

  • Acting as the face and voice of CCAIA within the local market

Chapter Vice President

The Chapter Vice President focuses on operational and administrative leadership, including:

  • Securing suitable meeting venues, ideally hosted by a member company

  • Coordinating post-meeting dinners within walking distance of the event

  • Supporting overall chapter logistics and execution

  • Stepping in to lead meetings in the President’s absence to ensure continuity

“The President and Vice President act as the soul and heartbeat of the chapter. They really set the tone in terms of perspective, audience, and educational framework. It is a great resource for not only learning and leading, but also connecting with other like-minded individuals. You will get to work in close alignment with some of the greatest innovators that CCAIA has to offer.”

— CCAIA President, John Walter

  1. Aggressively establish local chapter leadership to ensure momentum and continuity in every new market.
