The next Contact Center AI Association meeting is in Atlanta on February 20, 2026 from 3:30 to 8pm EST. We are going to focus on the following topic:
The role of BPO's in AI adoption.
As always, our meeting environment is established on a membership-priority bases, we highly encourage you to join today!
If you are already an active member and want to get involved either in-person or virtually, please refer to your membership page on ccaia.org to officially register your attendance.

We are super excited to dive into a really prevalent and active topic like BPO adoption in today’s industry. Our team is working really hard behind the scenes to make sure everyone in attendance —virtually or in-person— gets the best experience possible.
