CCAIA Atlanta Meeting on Feb. 20th

The Contact Center AI Association (CCAIA) is calling the community together in Atlanta for an educationally driven, innovative, and insightful meeting down south—followed by a hosted dinner.

Why We Meet

CCAIA exists to distill insights on the use of AI in customer support and distribute them broadly among support and CX leaders. The in-person meeting is designed specifically for insight distillation — meaning: thoughtful discussion, shared learnings, and practical takeaways from what’s working (and what isn’t) in the field.

What to Expect

This is a 2.5-hour, high-participation session with ~15-30 people — a mix of support leaders and builders of AI tools. You’ll hear from curated subject matter experts and also get the chance to contribute questions and experience-based insights. CCAIA maintains a strict “no sales” policy during both the meeting and dinner — the purpose is education and relationship-building.

Can’t make it in person? Don’t worry, the meeting will be broadcast on Zoom for CCAIA members.
