The Contact Center AI Association’s third meeting of the year is in Phoenix on March 4, 2026 from 4 to 8:30pm MST. This meeting will be healthcare oriented, focusing on the following topic:
What role do we want AI to play in patient care delivery over the next 3 years: a safety net, a co‑pilot, or an autonomous system? And who decides?
Sub-topics include:
1. AI in Symptom Intake & Escalation – How Far Is Too Far?
2. Predictive AI to Prevent Calls – Does It Help Patients or Create Overreach?
3. Multimodal AI for Device & Treatment Support – How Do We Ensure Accuracy and Trust?
