CCAIA SFO 2026: What You Missed

January 15th came and went in a whirlwind, here is what you missed if you weren't able to attend.

The Golden City

Voice AI

In the heart of innovation, we conducted a deep dive into the topic of Voice AI. Hosted by Rime and sponsored by Vapi, we had some amazing industry leaders gather together to harvest an environment that tackles real-world topics— and the results were highly evident.

San Francisco was amazing. Not only was it a great educational opportunity for practitioners and vendors alike, but it was also a great chance to connect with start-up-city— the synergy, scrappy nature, and overall buzz regarding the Voice AI space was truly something special to behold.

— John Walter, CCAIA President

The Topics

  1. What’s working vs. What’s not in real-world voice ai deployments.

  2. Latency and user experience (how delays create awkward silences, talk-over, or hangups) and mitigation tactics

  3. Success metrics (FCR, CSAT, sales conversion, containment, sentiment, escalation rate, etc.)

  4. ROI that holds up in the real world (from the operator/end-user perspective)

  5. Litigation trends and legal pitfalls in voice AI deployment.

Where to Next?

As we enter into month 2 of 12, meeting 2 of 12 is right around the corner— and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

Q1 locations were hand selected to enthrall, educate, and expand CCAIA’s horizons. If you are interested in getting involved (whether in-person or virtually) we encourage you to fill out a general interest form here!

Registration for both CCAIA ATL (02/20) & CCAIA PHX (03/04) will be rolling out soon to members only. Spots are extremely limited, so be sure to raise your hand swiftly in order to solidify your attendance— we hope to see you there.

Stay in the Loop

The official CCAIA LinkedIn Page is the best media platform to stay involved. We do hope you’ll continue along with us throughout this 2026 CCAIA American Invasion, and we extend our deepest gratitude to those who have: helped push the ball forward behind the scenes, stood as the front men during meeting facilitation, and offered some of the most insightful educational aspects CCAIA has yet to come across. More to come…

Q1 is coming together beautifully. We have some outstanding chapter leaders that exert extreme efforts in order to continually raise the standard of CCAIA as a whole. We are super excited to see what the rest of this quarter brings.

— Graycie Elliott, CCAIA Director of Operations
