Contact Center AI Association Announces Major 2026 Expansion Plans

The Contact Center AI Association is preparing for a significant next step in its growth.The Board has approved moving forward with an expansion to eight additional cities in 2026—a major milestone for the organization and our rapidly growing community.

Expansion Cities Under Consideration

The Steering Committee is currently evaluating the following cities for 2026:

• Phoenix

• Washington, D.C.

• Denver

• Chicago

• Seattle

• Boston

• Salt Lake City

• Miami

• Minneapolis

• Los Angeles

• Nashville

• Portland

• Toronto

• Dallas

Eight of these will join the ranks of our current chapters in San Francisco, New York City, Atlanta, and Austin.

Next Steps: Steering Committee Vote – December 1

The Steering Committee will make final selections on December 1. As we expand, your input is instrumental in shaping where our community gathers next.

Looking Ahead: Global Expansion

We’ve also received increasing interest from professionals across Europe and Asia. While international chapters are expected to begin taking shape in 2027, we’re expanding virtual programming now to support global participation.
