Introducing CX Leader Huddles

We're excited to introduce CX Leader Huddles, private Zoom meetings designed exclusively for customer experience leaders. These confidential gatherings allow CX leaders to openly share ideas, insights, challenges, tactics, and experiences—both positive and negative—including their interactions with vendors.

How CX Leader Huddles Work:

  • Exclusive Participation: Huddles are reserved strictly for CX leaders—vendors are not permitted.

  • Topic Initiation: Any CX leader who is a member of the Contact Center AI Association can propose a huddle on a topic of their choice and select the date and time.

  • Association Support: The Association facilitates the event by recruiting other interested CX leaders to join the discussion.

  • Participant Filtering: The Association ensures that only qualified CX leaders attend.

  • Confidentiality: All participants consent to confidentiality guidelines, ensuring conversations remain private.
