We are excited to announce the launch of the Contact Center AI Association’s Vendor Directory.

The Directory has two purposes:

(1) Simplify the vendor search process.

The Directory is designed to be a place where buyers can filter through a comprehensive list of contact center AI vendors based on features and functionality.

Today, customer support leaders are overwhelmed by the amount of marketing directed towards them. And, when they want a solution, the scope of their search is typically limited.

The Directory aims to help customer support leaders identify all the vendors that provide desired functionalities. You want a conversational AI vendor that handles SMS? Just apply that filter to the database.

If a buyer wants more info about a vendor or to schedule a demo, links are provided in the Directory.

(2) Help CCAIA chapter leaders identify vendors to invite to quarterly meetings.

The second purpose of the Directory is to help chapter leaders identify which vendors to invite to their quarterly meetings.

The CCAIA hosts in-person meetings in ATL, NYC, and SFO each quarter. The meetings are boardroom style discussions among customer support leaders at prominent organizations. It’s a safe place for them to exchange ideas on how they are using AI to improve customer experience in their organizations.

All customer support leaders who request to attend meetings are sent invitations.

But vendors, on the other hand, are chosen by the customer support leaders who run the respective chapter. They choose vendors based on (1) who they believe will bring the most insight to the topics of discussion, and (2) who has a reputation for being respectful, honest, and not overly aggressive in sales tactics.

The Directory will serve as the list that chapter leaders reference when choosing which vendors to send invitations to.

Vendors that receive invitations pay the same price as the customer support leaders to attend meetings. The cost of attending a meeting is $100, and that includes dinner and drinks afterwards.
