Leadership Opportunity: Austin Chapter of the Contact Center AI Association

New Austin chapter, leadership roles open.

Good morning.

The Contact Center AI Association is excited to announce the launch of a new Southwest Chapter in Austin, Texas. We are currently seeking a President and Vice President to lead this chapter.

We are looking for leaders actively running contact center operations in the Austin area.

Responsibilities & Expectations

President:
The President serves as the primary leader the local chapter. The President will run an in-person meeting in Austin once a year. During meetings, the President leads the agenda, introduces topics and speakers, and ensures that the chapter’s events run smoothly. While the association itself conducts broader recruitment efforts, the President leverages their local connections to personally invite and engage community members.

Vice President:
The Vice President focuses on the operational and administrative side of the chapter. The VP is in charge of securing suitable venues for the meetings, ideally in an office setting offered by a member company. They also handle the logistics of coordinating a dinner location within walking distance for after the meeting. In the President’s absence, the Vice President steps in to lead the meeting, ensuring continuity.
