Northeast Chapter Seeking a Vice President

Good morning.

The Contact Center AI Association is seeking a Vice President for our Northeast Chapter, based in New York City. This is a volunteer leadership role designed for a customer support practitioner or CX leader passionate about advancing the responsible use of AI in customer support.

You will be working alongside the incredible Michael Mattson, helping to build community and foster education across the Northeast. The role offers the opportunity to connect with and learn from peers leading other chapters and committees nationwide, sharing insights, strategies, and lessons shaping the future of customer experience.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Vice President – Northeast Chapter:
The Vice President supports the President in growing the chapter’s local presence and ensuring smooth operations. You will help organize the annual in-person meeting in New York City, coordinate with member companies on hosting venues, and assist with dinner or networking logistics following the meeting. You will also engage directly with local practitioners to encourage participation and share educational resources from the Association.

The Association’s Q4 Meeting & Networking Dinner will be held on November 13, 2025, in Austin, Texas, from 4:00–6:00 PM, followed by dinner. This event brings together leading customer support executives, AI innovators, and CX thought leaders from across the country.
