Contact Center AI Association - Sept. 20
Every quarter, contact center leaders gather in boardroom style meetings to discuss the most pressing developments on the use of AI in customer support.
The next Contact Center AI Association meeting is in Atlanta on September 20, 2024 from 2:30 to 6:30pm at a restaurant on the North side of the city. We are going to focus on the following topics:
(1) Unanticipated costs when deploying AI in CX operations; and
(2) How plaintiff lawyers are choosing which companies to target for privacy violations.
There is no cost for CX leaders or vendors to attend. But vendors are invitation only and are chosen by the contact center leaders involved in the association.
If you are an in-house contact center leader and you have not received an invitation yet, please let me know by responding to this email. We will get you set up.
If you work for a vendor and want to attend, we encourage you to request an invitation using this link: Request Invitation. The in-house leaders choose vendors to attend based on who they believe will bring the most insight to the topics of discussion.
