Q4 Meeting in Austin

The Contact Center AI Association will host its Q4 meeting on Thursday, November 13 from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Realtor.com office in Austin, Texas. Followed by a networking dinner.

This will be focused on sharing insights, discussing key trends in customer support operations and plans for 2026.

It’s a great chance to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and help shape the direction of the Association heading into the new year.

Please note: This meeting is exclusive to active CCAIA members.

Non-members interested in participating are encouraged to join the Association to gain access to this and future events, along with meeting notes, and legal updates.
