Throw your hat in the ring for the remaining dinner host opportunities!

Call for Dinner Hosts:

Williamsburg Bridge . NYC
We are halfway through the year!

As we finalize our remaining events for the year, we're providing a final call for dinner hosts!

    (dinner host already chosen)

  • Salt Lake City

    (August location TBD)

  • Nashville

    (October at Disney)

  • A special November event (more details coming soon!)

How It Works

If you're interested in hosting a dinner, simply email [email protected] and let us know which city (or cities) you'd like to be considered for.

Once we receive your interest, we'll share it with the chapter leaders in that location. Chapter leaders make the final selection for their local event hosts.

If your organization is selected as a dinner host, we'll reach out directly and connect you with the appropriate chapter leaders to begin planning.

We appreciate your continued support of CCAIA and look forward to partnering with more of our vendor members throughout the year!

What It’s Worth

As a dinner host, you'll receive a dedicated 10-minute presentation slot during the chapter meeting.

Think about that for a moment: a group of customer contact and CX practitioners, fully engaged and focused on your pitch. In today's world of crowded inboxes, competing priorities, and limited attention spans, the opportunity to speak directly to a highly targeted audience with their undivided attention is incredibly valuable.

Beyond brand visibility, it's a chance to showcase your expertise, tell your story, and start meaningful relationships with potential customers and partners.

A Final Note

A message from our CCAIA President

“Our vendor sponsors are vital to the CCAIA community. They help create the opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. With outstanding chapters in Salt Lake City, New York City, Nashville, Austin, and an exciting November event on the horizon, these remaining opportunities to host dinners are some of the best of the year.”
