The CCAIA is Now Open to Technology Companies, BPOs & Consultants
More Perspectives. Stronger Insights. Better Outcomes.
We’re opening the doors.
The Contact Center AI Association is now welcoming technology companies, BPOs, and consultants as members.
We launched the Association in January 2024 as a 501(c)(3) in response to what many CX leaders told us in 2023 — that they felt unprepared for AI and overwhelmed by the noise.
To keep our educational content unbiased, vendors could attend meetings only by invitation, and they were not allowed to sponsor events they participated in.
Over the past year, we’ve experimented with new formats. In Q2 we openly welcomed vendors to join our in-person meeting. The result was outstanding — they brought valuable perspectives and practical insights that enriched the conversation for everyone.
That’s why we’re now officially opening membership to technology companies, BPOs, and consultants. We believe your voice and expertise will help our practitioner members navigate the fast-changing world of AI in customer experience.
As a member, you’ll get:
Quarterly meetings & dinners, rotating between SFO, ATL, NYC, and AUS
Quarterly legal updates on AI in customer support
Monthly insights from CX practitioners on our Education Committee
Your organization listed in our Vendor Directory
Next Event: Q3 Meeting — NYC, September 25
Boardroom-style discussion on the three most important topics in CX this quarter (selected by our Education Committee), followed by dinner and networking.
