Upcoming Speaking Opportunities for Customer Support Leaders
Opportunities at WFM Alliance, SOCAP, and CCAIA
The Contact Center AI Association brings together customer support leaders deploying AI in their operations. Our mission is to distill their insights and distribute them broadly. Therefore, we’re collaborating with other industry organizations to accomplish the common mission of spreading education.
Here are some upcoming events where customer support leaders can share their insights and experiences.
SOCAP 2025 National Conference
The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) is currently seeking speakers for their 2025 National Conference, taking place October 14–16, 2025 in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for customer support leaders to share insights with an engaged and influential audience.
WFH Alliance Conference
The WFH Alliance Conference is finalizing speakers for its upcoming in-person event in St. Paul, MN on May 13–14, 2025. This year’s focus includes a deep dive into the current and future impact of AI in contact centers, particularly in remote and hybrid environments.
They're looking for contact center leaders willing to share real-world implementation stories about AI tools in remote/hybrid teams. If you’re passionate about AI and ready to share your insights with a room full of Director and VP-level contact center leaders, this is your chance to lead the conversation.
Contact Center AI Association - QA Discussion
The Contact Center AI Association is hosting an upcoming LinkedIn Live panel focused on how and why organizations are running Quality Assurance (QA) on 100% of customer interactions.
We’ll be joined by four contact center leaders who are actively running full-scale QA programs—two panelists are confirmed, and we’re currently looking for two more leaders to join the conversation.
