Recommended Features Received and In Progress:

1. Filter by Integrations

Chafik Abdellaoui made an excellent recommendation to allow filtering vendors by which CRM and Telephony systems they integrate with out of the box.

We are in the process of implementing that change and plan to roll it out towards the end of this upcoming week.

2. Filter BPOs by AI Offerings

We are thinking through how to distinguish AI strategies used by different BPOs. One thought is to have a filter where you can identify what tools are offered by BPOs at no additional cost to the client. Such offerings are becoming increasingly commonplace.

The BPO filter is still being conceptualized. So any recommendations on this are highly appreciated.
