The Contact Center AI Association (CCAIA) is bringing the community together in San Francisco for a high-signal, no-sales gathering focused on real-world Voice AI insights — followed by a hosted dinner.

Why We Meet

CCAIA exists to distill insights on the use of AI in customer support and distribute them broadly among support and CX leaders. The in-person meeting is designed specifically for insight distillation — meaning: thoughtful discussion, shared learnings, and practical takeaways from what’s working (and what isn’t) in the field.

What to Expect

This is a 2.5-hour, high-participation session with ~30 people — a mix of support leaders and builders of voice AI tools. You’ll hear from curated subject matter experts and also get the chance to contribute questions and experience-based insights. CCAIA maintains a strict “no sales” policy during both the meeting and dinner — the purpose is education and relationship-building.

In-Person Agenda

1/15 — Meeting: 3:30–6:00pm
1/15 — Dinner: 6:30pm
1/16 — Inaugural CCAIA 5K: 7:00am

We’ll be distilling insights across key Voice AI categories, including:

  • What’s working vs. what’s not in real deployments

  • Latency + user experience (awkward silences, talk-over, hangups) and mitigation tactics

  • Success metrics (FCR, CSAT, containment, sentiment, escalation rate, conversion, etc.)

  • ROI that holds up in the real world (operator / end-user perspective)

  • Litigation trends + legal pitfalls in Voice AI deployment

Inaugural CCAIA 5K

CCAIA is hosting its first-ever sunrise 5K on 1/16 at 7:00amall runners and paces welcome. The winner gets a free year of CCAIA membership.
